With a reputation for innovation and excellence in the delivery of high-quality housing development and regeneration projects, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic Partnership team in Holsworthy.

Base rate £23.58 per hour + holiday
Start ASAP, 1 week contract

Required Skills:

1. Black CSCS, SMSTS and First aid required
2. NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent qualification.
3. In-depth knowledge and experience of house building and NHBC.
4. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
5. Full UK Driving License

Your Responsibilities:

1. Oversee management of overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
2. Liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
3. Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
4. Identify & rectify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
5. Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and ensure any issues are corrected immediately.
