Job summary

A leading social housing contractor is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join their team in Crawley on a temporary basis. You will oversee refurbishments and ensure health and safety regulations are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing trades and a solid understanding of industry legislation. This position offers a competitive rate of £28.5 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the planned works project on social housing properties.
• Works will consist of a combination of internal and external refurbishments.
• General oversight of trades operatives, ensuring health & safety is followed on site.
• Carry out toolbox talks.
• Ensure targets are met to a high standard and within time/budgets.
