Wates is seeking a Site Manager to join our Construction team, focusing on high-profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors.

About the Role

Our Site Managers are essential to our business, driving quality, safety, health, and environmental standards. They collaborate with Project Managers to ensure the highest standards of project completion.

As a Site Manager, you will:

  • Implement the Wates Operating Framework and commit to achieving Zero Harm on our sites.
  • Manage all Quality aspects in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
  • Plan and manage works to meet construction milestones and completion dates, using collaborative planning with the supply chain.
  • Review and understand all relevant design information for your section of work.
