Start Date: 30/06/2025
Duration: 12 Months+
Rate: £300 p/day

My client, a leading main contractor, is delivering a major new build industrial scheme valued at £80m near Bath.

They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the Senior Project Manager on site, overseeing the project from groundworks through to internal fit out and final finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations from enabling works through to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensure work is completed to design specifications, safely and on schedule
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and site presentation
• Contribute to site progress meetings and liaise with project stakeholders
• Monitor programme and report progress to the Senior Project Manager
• Assist with logistics planning and materials management

Suitable Candidates

• Candidates must hold SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
• You must have experience delivering large-scale industrial or commercial projects with tier one main contractors, with a proven track record of managing schemes from initial groundworks through to handover
