Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Teesside
Salary: £27-£30 per hour CIS
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of new, high-volume residential developments across the Teesside area. This is a pivotal role for a leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional homes safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of the site, managing all on-site construction activities from groundworks to final handover. You will be a key figure, ensuring that all aspects of the project are in conformity with proposed budgets, timelines, and construction standards.
Must have worked to a NHBC standard.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets effectively. A full UK driving license is required.
