About the Company:

Paragon Resource Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality care home projects across the UK. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of a new care home development in Stafford starting on 1st August.

The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead site teams, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring efficient project delivery.
-Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
-Ensure work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
-Implement and maintain health and safety procedures.
-Conduct site inspections and manage any issues that arise.
-Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
-Manage site documentation and reporting.
-Review method statements and risk assessments.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably with experience in care home or multi-
occupancy developments.
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
-SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certification.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
