Location: St Albans
Duration: 8.5 weeks

Project Type: Education – Refurbishment & Plant Upgrade

Scope of Works:

• Refurbishment of 3 existing Food Technology Laboratories

• Plant upgrades within an operational educational environment

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS Check (current and valid) – essential

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card

• Experience in managing refurbishment projects, preferably within live/occupied schools or educational facilities
