Site Manager

SITE MANAGER REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE - SPALDING - HOUSING - BRILLIANT OPPORTUNITY

One of our long-standing residential developers who build circa 500 units per year requires an experienced Production Site Manager for a start ASAP in the Spalding, Lincs area realistically within the next two weeks following a two-stage interview process consisting of a telephone interview and a face-to-face meeting at our client's Head Office.

Our client builds both private open market and housing association developments and takes great pride in building homes for the future to suit a wide range of residents and families. Our open market homes are traditionally designed with outstanding quality and attention to detail.

Job Location: Spalding
Pay Rate: £270 - £300 per day - Depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Over 12 months or temp to perm
Payroll Model: Weekly

Key Responsibilities:

1. Directing site operations, ensuring compliance with H&S regulations.
2. Managing the site team, including subcontractors, to uphold timelines.
3. Problem-solving on-site issues and implementing effective solutions.
4. Upholding the company’s reputation for standards in all aspects of the project.

Required Qualities:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
3. Proven experience in managing new build housing construction projects.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
