Job description

Site Manager required for new build and refurbishment projects across the south. The Site Manager will oversee new build and refurbishment / fit out projects. The ideal candidate will come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications, and experience managing projects from groundworks through steel framing, envelope completion, to internal works and handover. Responsibilities include overseeing trades/subcontractors, managing health and safety, conducting toolbox talks, and handling necessary paperwork. Willingness to lodge away a few times a year is advantageous.
