Trant Engineering, a leading EPC contractor, is seeking a Section Manager for our Fawley Refinery delivery team in Southampton. You will oversee site activities to be safe, on programme, within budget and to SHEQ standards, coordinating construction, engineering and commissioning interfaces.

We’re now looking to expand our team with a Section Manager to play a key role in our delivery team at Fawley Refinery. This position reinforces an established, successful team with a breadth of expertise.
As part ofthe Fawley DeliveryTeam, the Section Manager is responsiblefor ensuring thatall activities withintheirarea of responsibilityare carried outsafely, compliantly, andin accordancewith project requirements. The Site Manageroversees the day-to-day managementoftheir designated sections within the refinery, ensuring that worksare delivered safely, onprogramme, within budget, and to the required standards of Safety, Health, Environmentand Quality (SHEQ), client contract requirements, and all applicableregulatory obligations. The role isresponsible for managingsite personnel, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and resolving day-to-day siteissues to maintainefficient project delivery. Acting as thekey interface betweentheconstruction, engineering, and commissioning teams. The successful candidate will drive productivity, standards and quality.
