Job summary

PiLON is seeking a Site Manager to oversee Kitchen & Bathroom Planned Works within occupied social housing properties. Lead day-to-day site operations, manage operatives and subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities include liaising with residents and clients, maintaining records, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with CSCS, RAMS, PPE, and safety policies. Driving licence and First Aid/SMSTS essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Kitchen & Bathroom Planned Works programmes.
• Social Housing experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and site compliance.
• Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
• Excellent resident liaison and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.

The Role
