The Role:
Are you an accomplished Site Manager with a proven track record of leading projects through the entire lifecycle?
If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning the coordination of works alongside the Construction Project Manager
• Implementing CDM checklist requirements
• Managing self-delivered work and subcontracted packages effectively
• Carrying out inductions and HSEQ inspections
• Drafting and issuing RAMS and permits
• Adapting generic ITPs to site-specific works and collating evidence for closure
• Submitting material and labour requisitions and managing plant hire/off-hire
• Maintaining a site diary of compensation events and reporting deviations from cost forecasts or scope of works

Qualifications and experience we seek:

• Experience working with DNOs like SSEN, understanding substation projects, and NEC3 contracts
• Experience in a similar role, with Streetworks (NRSWA) Supervisor, SSSTS/SMSTS certifications, and health and safety qualifications such as IOSH
• Valid driving license, as travel between sites is required
