Job Title: Site Manager - School Refurbishment Projects

Location: Sheffield Area

Duration: 6 - 8 Weeks

Start Date: 24th July 2025

We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers to oversee multiple school refurbishment projects across the Sheffield area. The positions are 6-8 week temporary positions ideal for candidates with a strong background in construction site management and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors across varying project scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities
• Coordinate and supervise works, projects vary including:
  • Drainage and remedial works
  • Roof repairs
  • Full heating system installation
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and school representatives.
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or refurbishment projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sites efficiently.
• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid (or equivalent).
• A current DBS certificate is advantageous but not essential.
