Job Title: Site Manager (Temp to Perm)
Location: Sheffield, S2
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Pay: Hourly (initially), with a view to permanent role at circa 30,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager for a temp-to-perm position based in Sheffield (S2). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their management career within a busy and dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee evening and night operations, including cleaning, fuelling, and shunting of a bus fleet

  • Ensure staff adhere to all protocols, processes, and health & safety standards

  • Maintain strong communication and working relationships with the end client

  • Organise rotas and staff schedules

  • Manage invoicing and support administrative functions

  • Lead and support staff, handling day-to-day people management

  • Ensure SLAs and performance targets are met consistently

  • Plan and organise staff training and development
