Job summary

A leading modular construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role involves managing nationwide modular hire projects across various sectors such as healthcare and education. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction while leading on-site teams. Candidates must have experience in modular construction and be willing to travel and stay away for projects.

Role: Site Manager - 6 Month FTC
Location: National

Salary: 50,000 + 0.45p per mile + Bonus & Package

Are you an experienced modular site manager?
Would you enjoy working for a well established modular contractor operating nationally?

I am looking to speak to dynamic and experienced Modular Site Managers to oversee and manage nationwide modular hire projects for a large, well known modular contractor.

This role involves managing a diverse range of modular projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and an array of commercial spaces. The Modular Site Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager and will play a crucial role in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

You will be delivering projects nationwide with the regular need to stay away. The hotel will be fully expensed and you will be provided with a 30 a day food allowance.

The Role:

• Oversee the delivery and installation of modular units across multiple sites nationwide.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project goals and maintain high standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Operations Manager and other key stakeholders.

About you:

• Hold valid CSCS and SMSTS and lifting tickets preferred
• Have experience working on modular construction projects
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Excellent organisational and practical site based lifting operational skills
• Happy to travel nationally and stay away for projects
