A family-owned construction business in Sheffield is seeking a qualified Site Manager to oversee legal disrepair projects in social housing. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience managing teams, ensuring quality and health & safety standards on site. Gilmartins is a family owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within. Our Board of Directors mostly started on the tools themselves so have a hands-on understanding of the work we do.
We work in social housing managing property disrepairs for local authorities and housing associations. Gilmartins are looking to recruit a qualified Site Manager with experience of delivering legal disrepair projects in social housing; this experience is essential for the job.
Hours of work: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required (paid in addition to salary).
