Job summary

Search Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a Sunday 27th September start in Teignmouth, Devon. You will oversee a Tesco fitout on site for a night-shift window, working for the Main Contractor on the project.

Applicants must have recent supermarket fitout experience, ideally Tesco, and hold SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White), First Aid, Fire Marshal and Asbestos Awareness certificates. CIS shift payment applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket fitouts is required.
• Knowledge of site safety on construction projects is essential.
• Ability to manage night shift operations and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Tesco fitout works on site for night shifts.
• Coordinate with the Main Contractor on project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and CIS payment process.

Site Manager requiered for a Sunday 27th September start in Teignmouth/TQ14 (Devon.) Requirement is for NIGHTS - 5 nights cover 27th Sept -1st Oct.

Scope of works is fitout of a Tesco in the area - you will be working for the Main Contractor on the project.

Applicants must have recent supermarket fitout experience, ideally on Tesco.

• Fire Marshal
• Asbestos Awareness

Shift rate payable via CIS.
