Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Site Manager for a new educational build project near Selby. This is a 12-month contract with a rate of £280 per day, outside of IR35. The ideal candidate will have necessary certifications and experience overseeing daily site activities. Strong candidates will have experience in steel frame and educational construction projects.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS certificate (renewed within five years).
• CITB MAP HSE test passed within the last 2 years.
• CSCS Black Manager's card (requires NVQ Level 4-7 or CIOB equivalent).
• Actively holding or working toward a Level 4 NVQ in Site Management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activity and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage health & safety on site.
• Ensure progress aligns with the programme.
