Job description

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting a Site Manager for a well-known client in the solar farm industry. Projects will be based all over the UK, so the right candidate must be willing to work away. Locations include Devon, Swindon, Hereford, and Cullompton.

As a Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Liaising with trades
2. Managing labour on site
3. Managing materials
4. Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to required standards
5. Carrying out inductions
6. Following health and safety procedures
7. Opening and closing the site

The candidate should be driven, hardworking, and capable of taking ownership on site to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Other requirements include:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Extensive experience on similar projects

Duration: Ongoing, long-term

Working hours: Approximately 7:30 am to 5:00 pm

Day Rate: Negotiable
