Job description

Straight-Line Civils are currently hiring a Site Manager to cover 12 sites across the UK:

• Lincoln
• North Devon
• Watford, Hertfordshire
• Norfolk
• An island West of Scotland
• Ludlow, Shropshire
• Crawley, West Sussex
• North Pennies, near Carlisle
• Aberdeen, Scotland
• Dumfries, Scotland (near English Border)

The candidate would be expected to visit all 12 sites as and when required. All subsidies would be covered - fuel, accommodation, food, and the potential for a company car. This would all be added on top of base salary.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• All on site inductions
• Perform daily 10 minute briefings
• Review RAMS and send off for approval
• Ensure high level of Health and Safety Standatds are met
• Attend relevant site meetings
• Ensure all documentation stored correctly
• Comply with construction phase plan
• Create future construction phase plans

Background, tickets, qualifications:

• Working a part of a Tier 1/2 contractor's team
• Worked on multi-disciplinary projects
• Used to managing work at heights
• Good understanding of administrative controls working on site
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS card
• Any H+S related qualification (not essential)
• Security Cleared

Pay - 50,000 to 60,000 + all other subsidies (works out around 15,000)
