Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Site Manager for a short-term commercial refurbishment on a live, tenanted office. You will supervise a project to create new meeting rooms and partition walls, with M&E and air-conditioning works in the basement.

The role requires a proactive, hands-on leader with strong communication skills who can maintain a professional site while the surrounding office remains occupied.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing commercial refurbishment / Cat B projects.
• Experience working in a live/tenanted office environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness tomuck in and assist with labouring when required.
• Knowledge ofProcorewould be advantageous.
• The ability to maintain a professional and presentable site while the surrounding office remains occupied.

• Coordinate works within an occupied tenancy, ensuring safety and minimum disruption.
• Collaborate with client and trades to deliver meeting rooms and partition walls, including M&E and air-conditioning works.

End Date:Friday 2nd October

Working Hours:7:00am - 4:00pm

We are currently looking for an experiencedSite Managerto join a short-term commercial refurbishment project in Birmingham.

The Project

The project is being carried out within atenanted office environment, with the client having acquired the adjoining office space. The works will involve creating new meeting rooms and partition walls, alongside M&E alterations and air-conditioning works within the basement.

The Role

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager who is comfortable working in a live office environment and willing to get involved where required.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience managingcommercial refurbishment / Cat B projects
• Experience working in alive/tenanted office environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness tomuck in and assist with labouring when required
• Knowledge ofProcorewould be advantageous
