About the Role:

As our Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our school is a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school premises, including security, health and safety, maintenance, and liaising with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and security of the school site

Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance

Monitor and manage health and safety procedures

Oversee site contractors and ensure compliance with school policies

Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and child protection

Is diligent , reliable, and takes pride in their work

Has a friendly and approachable manner

Demonstrates a strong commitment to safeguarding and well-being

Is proactive, flexible, and able to work independently

Has experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
