Short-Term Site Manager - Bricklaying Background | Tier 1 Housebuilder | Rugeley
We're seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in bricklaying for a short-term contract with a respected Tier 1 housebuilder based in Rugeley.
The Role: Join a dynamic site team delivering high-quality new-build housing projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is delivered on time, to standard, and in line with safety protocols. This is a hands-on management role ideal for someone who understands the detail and quality expected from the ground up.
Duration: Short-term (exact period to be discussed)
Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Competitive day rate (CIS or PAYE options available)
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Manager on residential developments
Solid trade background in bricklaying (essential)
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certified
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Proven track record with Tier 1 or major housebuilders preferred
