About the Role

As a Site Manager at Wates, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality, safety, and project success. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Project Managers to deliver excellence at every stage of the build.

You will:

Champion our Zero Harm safety culture and implement the Wates Operating Framework

Lead on Quality Management in line with the Project Quality Plan

Take ownership of programme planning and milestone management in collaboration with the supply chain

Dive into the details—review and interpret all relevant design information for your area of responsibility
