Site Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a long-term freelance basis with an immediate start.

This role involves managing one of the blocks on a high-end residential project. You will report to the Project Manager, maintain high standards of health & safety, and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities for Site Manager

• Checking and preparing site reports
• Day-to-day liaising and staff reports
• Ensuring quality checks on site
• Ensuring subcontractors meet deadlines and follow the programme

Requirements

• Previous experience working on RC frame projects with an internal bias
• Keen eye for detail
• CSCS, SMSTS, and 1st Aid certifications
