Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality housebuilding projects? Do you take pride in delivering excellence and have the credentials to back it up - perhaps an NHBC Pride in the Job Award, or experience working on award-winning sites?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional homes and upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. With new sites launching across West Yorkshire, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key development and lead from the front.



The Role:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a traditional build housing development, overseeing all site operations from groundworks through to final handover. You will ensure that quality, safety, and programme targets are achieved, while leading a skilled site team and coordinating with subcontractors and internal departments.



What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on volume or high-spec residential developments

  • Ideally an NHBC Pride in the Job Award winner (or experience working on an award-winning site)

  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC standards, and health & safety legislation

  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all construction activity on site

  • Drive the build programme and ensure timely delivery

  • Uphold high standards of build quality and customer care

  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure health & safety compliance

  • Liaise with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments

  • Lead site meetings and report progress to senior management
