Overview

Overseeing the installation of decorative cladding on new-build residential developments across the South of England. The role includes on-site training and toolbox talks.

Location: Centrally based around the Thames Valley, South Central & South East region.

Package: circa £45k basic with a 20% bonus scheme (paid quarterly), hybrid company car, 24 days holiday, pension, iPhone and laptop.

The Role – Site Manager

• A technical site management role overseeing the installation of fibre cement decorative cladding
• Predominantly working on residential new-build developments with house builders and larger regional developers
• Providing technical support, carrying out pre-start meetings, detailing and checking of drawings
• Delivering toolbox talks and installation training, on-site and at the company's training facility
• Carry out regular on-site install audit and report back to developer's head office
• Investigate product and installation failures

The Successful Applicant - Site Manager

• Firstly and most importantly you will have experience working on-site in the construction industry, overseeing and managing installations
• You are likely to be an Assistant Site Manager looking for progression and something different
• Applicants with cladding and carpentry knowledge will be readily received, but this is not essential
• You will have strong communication skills with the ability to cooperate well with others to effectively coordinate activities
