Job description

SMSTS Site Manager required for office refurbishment construction site project.

Main works:

1. Toilet refurb
2. New kitchenettes
3. Meeting rooms – (15 rooms)
4. Door, cupboards and furniture wrapping
5. Office decoration – corridors

Main duties:

1. The daily running of site
2. Site inductions
3. Looking after and direction of sub contractors
4. Maintaining health and safety
5. Keeping records of progress
6. Reporting back to contracts manager

Requirements:

1. SMSTS Cert
2. CSCS Card
3. First Aid certificate
4. Min 5 years site manager experience
5. Be from an interior/refurbishment background
6. Vetting process due to sensitivity of works
