As a Site Manager, you will take full accountability for the performance, safety, and profitability of your site(s). This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape long-term objectives, maximise operational efficiency, and foster a strong health, safety and environmental (HS&E) culture. You’ll lead from the front, guiding your teams, optimising performance, and ensuring Vattenfall’s strategy is delivered on the ground.
