Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project runs on time and to budget
Coordinate trades and subcontractors (painting, decorating, flooring)
Ensure health & safety compliance on site
Liaise with client, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Maintain site records and report progress
Requirements:
Proven experience managing refurbishment projects
SMSTS (or SSSTS minimum), First Aid, CSCS
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and resolve on-site issues
