A leading construction company is seeking a Site Manager to join their Infrastructure Water team. You will manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to safety standards. Ideal candidates will have industry experience, relevant qualifications, and leadership skills.

Job description

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Cambridge.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the site based Supervisors, Delivery Teams and relevant areas of the supply chain to manage construction projects through the lifecycle.
  • Timely completion of projects, safely, to specification and within budget.
  • Operationally responsible for ensuring all site base personnel hold relevant qualifications and training to carry out their duties.
  • Lead site based Supervisors, Delivery Teams and relevant areas of the supply chain.
  • Providing input into & co-ordinate temporary works designs in accordance with partner company polies and procedures.
  • Strive for projects to be delivered ahead of agreed programmes whilst maintaining SHEQ standards and within budget.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Knowledge and Experience in the water industry
  • To have a certificate in Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • Degree, NVQ 6 or HND level qualifications
  • Extensive experience in M&E/construction industry
