Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within Retrofit works.
• Knowledge of IT applications required.
• CSCS Managers card is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Planned/Net Zero schemes on time and within budget.
• Develop relationships with clients and manage engineers and subcontractors.
• Carry out Weekly Site Progress reports and manage operational delivery.

Job description

Looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a leading maintenance contractor based in Peterborough, working on a Decarbonisation contract.

Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering Planned/Net Zero schemes on time and within budget.
2. Ensuring health and safety compliance, assisting in programmes of work, and managing operational delivery.
3. Carrying out Weekly Site Progress reports, assisting with design solutions, and ensuring smooth processing of invoices.
4. Developing relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing engineers and subcontractors with health, safety, and compliance in mind.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within Retrofit works.
2. Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
3. CSCS Managers card.
4. Knowledge of IT applications such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Power Project.
5. HSE recognised First Aid at Work qualification.
