Oldham-Council is recruiting a committed Site Manager for South Failsworth Primary School in Manchester. You will oversee maintenance, security and facilities management, ensuring a safe and welcoming learning environment for pupils and staff.

Hours: 36.66 per week, full time, all year round (hours can be flexible for the right candidate)

Monday – Friday 6:45am – 10:30am & 2:40pm – 6:15pm term time, hours can be condensed during school holidays

Location: South Failsworth Primary School, Paddock Lane, Manchester M35 0NY

South Failsworth Primary School is looking to appoint a permanent Site Manager who will work alongside a committed and dedicated team of staff and wonderful children from our local community. The ideal candidate will subscribe to the values of our school and help to ensure our school is a happy, safe and secure place.

We are looking for somebody who:

• Will be responsible for the maintenance, security and facilities management of the school premises
• Has a good knowledge of Health & Safety Procedures
• Has good communication skills as you will be in daily contact with staff and pupils
• Demonstrates flexibility and the capacity to adapt to change and seek to improve current practices.
