Job description

We are working with a well-established and longstanding Social Housing Contractor that has a great company culture and ethos. The company genuinely values their staff and treats their employees well.

They have been awarded several new contracts alongside their existing ones with clients. As a result, they are seeking a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on refurbishment schemes across the North West involving tenanted Social Housing properties. The company is looking for a candidate experienced in Social Housing, with expertise in Kitchens and Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, Roofing, etc.

You will report to a Project Manager, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of projects, completing the programme of works within the specified timescales and budget.
  • Maintaining health & safety standards and fostering a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
  • Monitoring the quality of work.
  • Liaising with the client.
  • Programming works.
  • Ordering materials.
  • Working closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer to ensure tenant satisfaction.

Experience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid tickets are required, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes.

You must demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £45k plus car allowance and other benefits (pension, bonus, etc.).
