Qualifications

  • Previous Site Management experience in Social Housing ideally Reactive or Planned repairs.
  • Hold a valid SMSTS, First aid and CSCS card.
  • UK Driving licence is essential.

  • Work closely with RLOs and wider team to ensure satisfaction and quality.
  • Carefully review all work orders and ensure tenants are well informed.

Overview

Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property services company on a Reactive repairs and adaptations contract in Oldbury. Offering a competitive salary of up to GBP46k + car allowance and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • We are after an established Site Manager who has a track record of delivering similar projects within social housing ideally in responsive and planned works
  • Manage Sub:Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained
  • Work closely with RLOs and wider team to ensure satisfaction and quality
  • Carefully review all work orders and specification and ensure tenants are well informed of works
  • Attend pre and post:inspection works and advise on appropriate action
You Will Need

  • UK Driving licence is essential
