Site Manager - Social Housing Roofing Scheme, Nottingham

Location: Nottingham Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Temporary

Are you an experienced and proactive Site Manager with a proven track record in roofing projects? We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead a critical social housing roofing scheme in Nottingham.

About the Role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of a large-scale roofing scheme, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management and coordination of the roofing project from start to finish.

• Supervising and motivating the site team and sub-contractors.

• Ensuring strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

• Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks to meet project specifications.

• Managing project documentation, including site diaries, progress reports, and RAMS.

• Liaising with clients, residents, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.

• Ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically on roofing or social housing projects.

• Essential Qualifications:
