Site Manager - Northampton - £50K to £60K depending on experience

Haon Recruitment have been appointed to source an experienced Number One Site Manager with a residential background to join a leading UK Housebuilder to deliver prestigious housing sites across Northamptonshire due to live sites commencing in the early stages of 2019.

Our client is looking to recruit a Site Manager to deliver a brand new site consisting of 151 units (private and public sector). The development is made up of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses, traditional build.

As Site Manager you will report into a Contracts Manager and have full responsibility for the site from setup to handover with the full support of two Assistant Site Managers and back office.

My client is looking to appoint a Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering volume housing sites and able to demonstrate experience in managing schemes from site setup to handover. Ideally you will have worked your way up from a trade background and have a stable career. A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS is required.
