Our client is a well-established and highly respected main contractor specialising in high-end residential construction. With a strong portfolio of bespoke projects ranging from £2 million to £4.5 million, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of luxury residential builds.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage site operations from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality, strict adherence to programme and budget, and seamless coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and the end client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that prides itself on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and building long-standing relationships in the high-end residential market.

REQUIREMENTS

About the Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience ideally with a main contractor.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering projects independently from groundworks through to completion.
  • Deep knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods, building regulations, and site safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate subcontractors and in-house teams.
  • Experience working on prime residential schemes with high-spec finishes and bespoke detailing.
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

Candidates must be quality-driven, highly organised, and confident in liaising with discerning clients and consultants.
