We have a new opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team within Vistry North East, at our Kirkleatham site (TS10 5BD). As our Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating resources, enforcing health and safety regulations, and liaising with contractors, suppliers, partners, and customers.

- Ability to manage projects, deliver quality work on time and within budget

- Thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Outlook
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Desirable qualifications...
- NVQ Level 4/5/6, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
- Valid Scaffold Appreciation certificate
- Black CSCS Card
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, LOLER, CITB SEATS & Temporary works certificates
- Trade experience
Role responsibilities...
- Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Manage resources to achieve project completion
- Monitor progress, address delays or risks
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate procurement
- Manage site teams, performance, and training
- Attend weekly meetings and ensure permits and inspections are in place
- Maintain site records and support logistics
- Oversee project closeout and compliance
- Develop staff and ensure a safe, harassment-free environment
