A recruitment agency is seeking a Site Manager to oversee projects across the North East. The ideal candidate will have excellent management and communication skills, experience with construction projects valued over 2m, and hold necessary qualifications such as CSCS and SMSTS. This permanent position offers a salary of up to 60,000 along with a package.
Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Site Manager on behalf of an established and expanding construction contractor to run projects across the North East.
Applicants will need to show a track record of excellent management and communication skills with the ability to proactively manage construction projects, including direct labour and sub-contractor resource and the ability to deliver quality construction projects within budget and programme timescales in a safe environment.
Projects cover a wide range of building works delivered as principal contractor including:, commercial builds, industrial builds, Residential, Healthcare, Education etc. Projects cover new build and some refurb/fit out works and are valued between 250k and 10m.
