Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in traditional build housing?

We’re working with a well-established developer who is looking to appoint a Site Manager for a brand-new residential scheme near Chiverton Cross, Cornwall.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the project at the pre-construction stage, giving you the chance to influence the setup and programme from day one. The development will consist of high-quality traditional build homes, and the company is keen to bring someone on board as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality, and programme management.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
  • Liaise closely with the project team, suppliers, and local authorities.
  • Ensure the site runs efficiently, on time, and within budget.
