Job summary

Benedict Biscop Church of England Academy is seeking a proactive Site Manager to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming school environment. You will lead on health and safety, safeguarding and compliance, and work with staff to maintain an efficient site.

Strong communication with parents, contractors and external agencies is essential, and IT literacy will help you manage systems and incident reporting. The role requires a motivated team player who can contribute to school life beyond core duties

Qualifications

• Experience in effective site management within a school setting.
• Strong understanding of health and safety, safeguarding and compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate well with parents, carers, staff, pupils, contractors and external agencies.
