Your Responsibilities

• Manage the development to ensure adherence to the build programme, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee site staff and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with head office, NHBC, and local authorities.
• Order materials timely to meet project schedules.
• Ensure all NHBC inspections are completed as required.
• Conduct property handovers in line with customer care procedures.
• Address customer care defects promptly.
• Promote a culture of safety, progress, quality, and innovation.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Site Manager in high-volume new build housing developments.
• Extensive experience managing labour-only groundworkers and contractors.
• Full UK driving license.
• Strong knowledge of construction build programmes.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes.
• Proven track record of achieving customer service goals.
• Knowledge of relevant codes of practice (NHBC, Building Regulations, etc.).
• Ability to use Zutec and digital plot books.
