Permanent Site Manager High-End Office Fit Out & Refurbishment
Location: Leeds
Project Values: £500k - £5m+

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-end office fit outs and refurbishments? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are key? If so, we want to hear from you.

My client are a well-established, reputable fit-out contractor seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee premium commercial projects across Leeds. You ll be leading on-site operations, ensuring exceptional standards, and maintaining strong communication with trades, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.

What You ll Be Doing
  • Managing the day-to-day site operations on high-end commercial fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to £5m+
  • Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
  • Maintaining excellent health & safety compliance across site
  • Building and sustaining strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Proactively identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Coordinating trades, logistics, and site resources efficiently
  • Providing clear, timely communication and reporting to senior management
What We re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out/refurbishment (high-end projects preferred)
  • A proactive, agile individual who thrives under pressure
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and on-site best practice
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
