  • Certifications in SMSTS and Black CSCS are mandatory.

  • Manage all employees and subcontract teams on site.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee site Health & Safety and conduct regular inspections.

Job description

Site Manager required for a highly regarded developer that specialise in housing projects. ITS Cymru are looking for an experienced Site Manager to assist our client with a project based in Haverfordwest.

Work will be undertaken on a housing development. This contract is 3 days holiday cover with hours being 7:30am - 4:30pm, Wednesday-Friday.

Requirements for the role:
  1. SMSTS
  2. Black CSCS
  3. First Aid
  4. 3+ years experience in a similar role
  5. Full UK driving licence
  6. You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing all employees and sub-contract teams, ensuring there is a positive and proactive environment to work in.
  2. Manage projects and make sure that they are scheduled for works to complete on time and to budget.
  3. Manage site Health & Safety, ensuring projects meet all company procedures and legal legislation, undertaking regular safety inspections.
  4. Ensure quality control is adhered to and works are completed to the highest possible standard.
