Site Manager - Luxury Homes | Marlow, Bucks
Up to £65k + Package | Start August 2025

We are seeking a No.1 Site Manager to lead a £5.5m high-end new build project in Marlow, including garages, a party barn, and full specifications. The project duration is approximately 82 weeks, with demolition starting soon.

You will oversee the daily operations of the project and report to a Contracts Manager who will be involved early in the process. Expect to work with solid systems, genuine support, and reliable subcontractors who are chosen for quality, not just cost.

If you have:

• Proven experience as No.1 on-site for £5m+ residential projects
• Experience managing basements, high-end fit-outs, and listed refurbishments (preferred)
• SMSTS, First Aid certifications, and sound judgment from experience
