We are seeking a reliable and experienced site manager/principal contractor to work in our construction department to lead construction and building services live projects with our learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of works while acting as the site manager/principal contractor under CDM 2015 regulations.

This role involves working closely alongside staff and learners and supporting the organisation's educational objectives by guiding learners on-site to work in a professional, safety-conscious, and industry-appropriate manner. You will manage contractors, coordinate daily operations, supervise learners and ensure all works are delivered to a high industry standard, within agreed timeframes and budgets.
