Qualifications

• Strong experience in Social Housing - primarily refurbishment, not new build.
• CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid at work required.
• UK Driving Licence and Right to work in the UK needed.

Key aspects of the role:

Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily decarbonisation and refurbishment, to produce seamless results for local authorities.

• Overseeing the works, leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
• Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
• Using your knowledge of Solar, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Roofing, EWI and Permeable Paving to drive the project to success.
