Manchester City Council is seeking a site manager to join the Development and Investment Team within the Growth and Development Directorate. You will oversee MCC-owned Investment Estate property assets, including the St John's Gardens development, providing proactive management and stakeholder liaison to residents and contractors.
The role requires confidence, self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills, with some flexible hours and an ability to work largely unsupervised to deliver

The hours of the service are normally Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm however, the post holder will need to be willing to work flexibly, including some evenings and occasional weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
