Site Manager - Retail Fit-Out

UK-Wide (National Travel Required)

£65,000 + Package

Permanent | Full-Time

We're on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in retail fit-out, ideally with Marks & Spencer or similar blue-chip clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, fast-track fit-out projects across the UK, including major refurbishments, foodhalls, and full-line store transformations — all while working with a leading contractor on prestigious retail frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations on live retail fit-out projects
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain progress and quality
• Ensure strict adherence to H&S regulations, site protocols, and brand standards
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets
• Deliver seamless results in operational (live trading) environments

Candidate Requirements

• Black CSCS Card (Management Level)
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid at Work (3-day)
• Duty to Manage Asbestos (Asbestos Awareness + Management understanding)
• Fire Marshall / Fire Warden Certification
• Willing to travel nationwide and stay away when required
• Previous experience on M&S or similar retail fit-out projects is highly desirable
